Claimant has a back and neck ailment. Both claimant's treating physician and the Secretary's consulting doctor have reported various "objective" findings. These include CAT scan reports of severe osteoarthritic changes of cervical spine with foraminal narrowing, less severe degenerative changes of the lumbar spine, and limited cervical (neck) and lumbar spine range of motion.
