This is an appeal from a judgment by the Independence County Circuit Court finding appellant liable on an insurance policy. The policy was issued to appellee in 1970 by Educators and Professional Life Insurance Company. The printed policy contained a provision for coverage of "Accidental Death or Dismemberment," along with provisions for other coverage.
