This is a direct appeal of a death penalty sentence. Defendant, Terry Lynn King, was convicted of murder in the first degree while in the perpetration of a simple kidnapping by confinement, and armed robbery.1 He was sentenced to death by electrocution on the felony murder conviction, and to serve a term of 125 years on the armed robbery conviction.
