JOHNSON, J.

In this interlocutory appeal from the Trial Court's (Bean, J.) denial of the defendant's motion to dismiss, the defendant asserts that the plaintiffs' action is barred by New Hampshire's common law rule prohibiting contribution among joint tortfeasors. We affirm the trial court's ruling and remand.
