This is a worker's compensation action in which plaintiff sued his employer, Stanley's Hardware, and its insurance carrier (employer), and the New Mexico Subsequent Injury Fund and its administrator (the Fund). From a judgment in favor of plaintiff against employer and the Fund, the Fund and plaintiff appealed. The Court of Appeals reversed the district court in part.
