The marriage of the parties herein was dissolved, after trial, by a decree of dissolution entered in the district court for Brown County on November 25, 1981. Rick Lee Scott, appellant herein and respondent in that action, appealed to this court from that decree, and on December 17, 1982, a settlement of that appeal was effected in this court between Rick and Catherine Ann Scott, appellee herein.
