YELVERTON, Judge.

The defendants, Terry Wayne Farris and Charles Ray Foster, were originally indicted for armed robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:64 and first degree murder in violation of La.R.S. 14:30. The State later amended the murder charge to second degree murder in violation of La.R.S. 14:30.1. The defendants were tried together and a twelve member jury found both guilty as charged. Each defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment without benefit of parole...
