Chester Lee Wicker was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death. He now comes to this court for the second time seeking habeas corpus relief on two grounds. The district court found each of Wicker's claims to be meritless and denied him the certificate of probable cause that is required for an appeal to this court. We agree with the district court that Wicker now presents no issue...
