The mother of two children appeals from the juvenile court order denying her petition to terminate the parental rights of the children's father pursuant to Iowa Code section 232.116(3). On appeal, the mother claims the juvenile court erred by interpreting section 232.116(3) to require that the parent be offered or receive corrective services before the child abuse occurs which is the basis of the parental rights termination.
