Appellant, Edgar Skinner, seeks damages for the termination of a life and health insurance policy issued by the appellee, Aetna Life Insurance Company ("Aetna"). Based on the record, the district court found that Mr. Skinner's answer to a question in the insurance application form was objectively false and (paraphrasing the language of section 35-414 of the District of Columbia Code...
