Following his discharge from employment with Bernalillo County, Petitioner-Appellant Willie Warren (Warren) applied for unemployment compensation benefits with the Respondents-Appellees, Employment Security Department (Department). Warren was initially denied benefits. Following an administrative hearing, the Department continued the denial of benefits.
