The defendant, Michael Olink, appeals from his conviction in the Superior Court on three counts of robbery of controlled substances. Olink was first tried before a jury in February of 1983. He was acquited of assault with intent to rob, but a mistrial was declared on the robbery charges after the jury was unable to reach a verdict.
