FACTS

Appellant Reggie Rasner pleaded guilty to six counts of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, Minn.Stat. § 609.343(a)(b) (1984). The charges stemmed from appellant's ongoing sexual abuse of young girls, ages 10 to 16, in a roller-skating rink where he was the proprietor and teacher.
