Plaintiff appeals a judgment for defendant doctors and radiologists. The court granted defendants' motions to dismiss plaintiff's third amended complaint on the ground that ORS 12.110(4), the Statute of Limitations, bars all of plaintiff's claims for medical malpractice and fraud. ORCP 21. Counts III and IV are against "defendant doctors" Starr, Wood, Chapman and Ahmad, who performed the open heart surgery, and Garrison, who provided cardiological care...
