ORDER

All of the plaintiffs are former employees of the Harrison County Sheriff's Department. By letters dated December 31, 1984, the defendant John Peters, acting on behalf of defendant L.J. Trupo, terminated the employment of plaintiffs Patsy, Pulice, Spry and Papillo.
