This is an action brought by Anton Motors, Inc., ("Anton"), against its former manager, alleging that the manager falsified corporate documents, diverted funds to his own use, and appropriated auto parts which were the property of the corporation. Anton's theories for recovery include breach of fiduciary duty, deceit, conversion, and violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO")...
