Appellant was convicted of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, with intent to distribute it, in violation of D.C.Code § 33-541(a)(1) (1986 Supp.). On appeal he contends that the trial court abused its discretion in allowing a police officer to testify on redirect examination about hearsay information received from an informant, that the admission of these out-of-court statements violated his rights under the Confrontation Clause...
