Annikki Olson appeals a summary judgment, and the denial of her motion to vacate that judgment, claiming: (1) there are genuine issues of material fact concerning whether a charge on a Visa credit card was authorized and whether the Bank's own negligence was the proximate cause of any loss associated with that charge; (2) the court erred in taxing her certain costs associated with discovery depositions; and (3) summary judgment should have been vacated...
