Plaintiffs Thomas Gordon and Alex King brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., alleging that their employer, defendant General Motors Corporation, discriminated against them on the basis of their race.
