The appellant Grange Mutual Companies (Grange) issued two insurance policies to the appellee Thelma Gibson affording her liability coverage on two automobiles which she owned. Both policies contained similar provisions. On the night of July 24, 1981, Mrs. Gibson's son, the appellee Wendell Riley, was involved in an automobile mishap with Carter Bertram Bradshaw1.
