This appeal is from a decision of the Court of Appeals which reversed the trial court's summary judgment dismissing the suit because it was filed more than a year after the cause of action arose.

The sole issue is whether the trial court erred in dismissing Money's claim by the application of the one-year statute of limitations, KRS 413.140, rather than the two-year limitations provision contained in KRS 304.39-230(6), the Motor Vehicle...
