WOZNIAK, Judge.

Constitutional Trust #2-372 appeals from the denial of its motion to vacate a writ of attachment. We reverse.

FACTS

Plaintiffs/respondents initiated a lawsuit against defendants/respondents for misrepresentation for leading plaintiffs into illegal tax avoidance schemes.
