GREGORY, Justice.

Willie Howard Smith was convicted by a jury of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment.1 We affirm.

From the evidence at trial, the jury could have found Chester Harvey was performing repairs on a car in the Techwood Homes area of Atlanta at around 2:30 a. m. on July 19, 1984.
