PER CURIAM.

Respondent James Draper appeals as of right from a probate court order terminating his parental rights in his daughters Nicole and Stacy. We reverse.

Nicole and Stacy were born to James Draper and Beverly Draper (now Tripp) in 1972 and 1974 respectively. James and Beverly were divorced in 1977 and custody of the girls was awarded to Beverly.
