Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law and facts, by denying that branch of the defendant's omnibus motion which was to suppress certain physical evidence. As so modified, the order is affirmed, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for further proceedings.
