SUPPLEMENTAL OPINION

GIVAN, Chief Judge.

On July 22, 1986, we rendered a decision in this case and observed that the record failed to show that appellant personally waived his right to trial by jury. Patton v. State (1986), Ind., 495 N.E.2d 534.

The cause was therefore remanded to the trial court either for a trial by jury or for an express waiver of such trial reflected in the record. The trial court complied...
