On November 23, 1983, the defendant, Robert Lizotte, was convicted of sexual assault in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-71 (a) (1), sexual assault in the fourth degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-73a (a) (1) (A), and risk of injury to a minor in violation of General Statutes § 53-21. He subsequently was sentenced to a total effective prison term of ten years...
