Appellant was convicted of armed robbery, D.C. §§ 22-2901, -3202 (1981), and carrying a pistol without a license, id. § 22-3204. The trial court sentenced him to concurrent prison terms of 15 to 45 years and of one to three years, the latter being an enhanced sentence for the pistol offense because of prior convictions.
