Appellants, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc. and C.E. Hodde, appeal a summary judgment in favor of appellee, George Young. The suit was originally filed by Young against C.E. Hodde, d/b/a Aggieland Harley-Davidson (Hodde) and Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc. (Harley-Davidson) and involved alleged violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices/Consumer Protection Act (DTPA/CPA) concerning repairs on a 1980 Harley-Davidson motorcycle...
