This is a petition for a writ of mandamus directed to the Honorable Telfair J. Mashburn, Judge of the Circuit Court of Mobile County, requiring Judge Mashburn to deny Jehle-Slauson Construction Company's motion for relief from judgment which was filed under Rule 60(b), Ala.R.Civ.P.
