Gladene S. Adams appeals the district court's order dismissing her complaint for lack of jurisdiction. Because we find that the Appeals Council's decision to dismiss Adams' appeal for untimeliness is not a "final decision of the Secretary," we affirm the district court's holding that the court lacks jurisdiction to review the merits of Adams' disability claim.
