This action arises out of a fire and explosion which occurred in the early morning hours of January 27, 1981, at Stokes Oil Terminal in Hickman, Kentucky. The fire destroyed several thousands of gallons of gasoline and part of the terminal. Plaintiff, Phillips Petroleum Company (Phillips), owned the gasoline that was destroyed and brought this action to recover its loss...
