Plaintiff, Richard Ratcliff, appeals from a judgment granting a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendant, Town of Mandeville.

This matter deals solely with the interpretation and application of LSA-R.S. 9:2791 and 9:27951 which limits the liability of landowners who make their property available for certain recreational purposes.
