RANDALL, Circuit Judge:

Pelham appeals from the district court's order finding Pelham liable under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C. §§ 901-950, for compensation to Barrios. Pelham also appeals from the district court's order awarding sanctions against Pelham in favor of the third-party defendant Texaco under Fed.R.Civ.P. 11. We affirm the district court's finding of liability as well as its decision to award Rule 11 sanctions...
