This consolidated case is a companion to United States v. Cardall,773 F.2d 1128 (10th Cir.1985), and it arises from the same indictment and surrounding facts. As in Cardall, this appeal concerns the suppression of evidence by the trial court, and as in Cardall, we conclude the trial court erred in its holding.
