Thirty-four days after an order was entered terminating her parental rights, M.B., mother of D.J.B., filed a notice of appeal. The court of appeals dismissed the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. We ordered the case transferred to resolve the question whether the Rules of Civil Procedure or § 211.261, RSMo 1978, govern the time for taking an appeal from a juvenile court judgment, order or decree.
