Plaintiff appeals the judgment of the trial court dismissing his claim for workmen's compensation benefits.

Plaintiff, Lionel Sims, alleges that he is totally and permanently disabled as a result of an accident which occurred on July 16, 1981, while he was in the course and scope of his employment with the Ethyl Corporation.
