In this labor dispute, this Court must decide whether a collective bargaining agreement continues to apply to a public employees' bargaining unit even after the union which negotiated it is decertified and no longer represents the bargaining unit. If the agreement no longer applies, this Court must go on to determine whether employees who had been members of the bargaining unit are entitled to overtime compensation after the decertification...
