Plaintiff-appellant, Nancy D. Vice, alleges that defendant-appellee, Darm Corporation, negligently permitted her to be injured during a fight at its bar. At the close of all the evidence, the district court sustained defendant's motion for a directed verdict and entered a judgment dismissing plaintiff's petition.
