The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in accordance with the report of an attorney trial referee. The issues in this appeal involve the propriety of the trial court's acceptance of the referee's findings regarding the plaintiff's standing to sue and the trial court's denial of the plaintiff's posttrial motion to add parties as plaintiffs. The plaintiff also claims that the trial court erred by rendering judgment for the defendants...
