This case is before this Court upon the petition of Ronnie R. Justice for a writ of habeas corpus. It arises from an order entered on April 29, 1985, by the Circuit Court of Mingo County in which the petitioner was sentenced to an indeterminate period of not less than one nor more than ten years. The petitioner was convicted of voluntary manslaughter, and he was given a five-year sentence enhancement imposed pursuant to the West Virginia Habitual...
