Defendant, Leonard Brown, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. R.S. 14:95.1. He was found guilty as charged by a twelve man jury and was sentenced to serve four years at hard labor in the Department of Corrections, without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. Defendant appeals his conviction and sentence, relying on ten assignments of error. Finding insufficient evidence to support the conviction we reverse...
