Mack Velthouse, while "horsing around" with friends, picked up a loaded shotgun in his vehicle and pointed it at James Harman. Velthouse, believed that the gun was empty, but it discharged1 and Harman was seriously injured. The question in this appeal is whether Velthouse's liability for Harman's injuries is liability "arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of [Velthouse's] vehicle," so as to...
