OPINION

WOZNIAK, Judge.

John Blue Company appeals from an order of the District Court, Hennepin County, denying its motion to dismiss this action on the basis of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens. We reverse, and remand with instructions to dismiss the action.
