OPINION

LANSING, Judge.

This is an action for personal injuries brought against a seller of intoxicating liquor. The trial court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment, holding that plaintiffs had not brought the action within the two-year limitation period prescribed by Minn.Stat. § 340.951. We affirm.
