This case concerns plaintiffs' claim of reverse sex discrimination pursuant to their employment as male prison guards at a female prison. Accordingly, plaintiffs seek relief pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (1976) ("Title VII").
