This appeal arises out of an unfair labor practice charge against a college. We affirm the decision of the Michigan Employment Relations Commission and find that the college has no duty to bargain a managerial decision to lay off union employees, no unfair labor practice occurred when the college placed union employees whose positions were eliminated into other positions, MERC did not err in holding that the evidence did not prove that the college unilaterally...
