Schiff appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Dorsey, J., convicting him after a jury trial of three counts of attempted tax evasion in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201 (1982) and one count of willful failure to file a corporate tax return in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7203 (1982).
