(Slye) appeals the district court's decision that Slye defaulted on agreements for the purchase of real estate from Presidential Gardens/Duke Street Limited Partnership and the individual appellees (hereinafter collectively referred to as Presidential Gardens). We conclude that the recorded deed of vacation, which purported to vacate certain lots and streets of a recorded subdivision included in the agreements, was a nullity...
