CANNON, Justice.

Bammel Forest Civic Club, Inc. ("Civic Club") and Tom and Donna Morris ("Morrises") obtained a temporary injunction enjoining Jack and Jodi DeNina ("DeNinas") from maintaining their thirteen-foot diameter satellite disc at their home in the Bammel Forest subdivision.
